Australia batsman Shaun Marsh has been ruled out of the remainder of the Sri Lanka tour with a broken little finger.
Confirming the news, Australia physiotherapist David Beakley said that Marsh suffered an injury to his left little finger while fielding, adding that the batsman would now return to Perth to recover fully from his injury, Sport24 reported.
Usman Khawaja has been named as Marsh's replacement in the forthcoming two-match T20 series against Sri Lanka.
Earlier, fast bowler Nathan Coulter-Nile was ruled out of the ODI series with a bone stress injury to his back.
Australia are currently leading 2-1 in the five-match ODI series and will play next match against Sri Lanka in Dambulla on Tuesday.
