Fire engulfed a paint factory in West Bengal on Wednesday as firefighters struggled to douse the raging inferno.
The fire broke at around 3.30 am at the factory in Howrah district, which caused extensive damage to the paint products worth millions.
Around 30 fire tenders immediately reached the spot.
The operations head in the paint factory, S K Pal, said that the raging inferno spread to the warehouse where the finished products were kept.
"The fire engulfed the factory of the finished products of the paint," he said.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
