Several flights were delayed at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport here on Monday morning due to poor visibility caused by the dense fog.
The visibility in the areas surrounding the airport had dropped below 75 Meters in the morning.
Dense fog and bitter cold gripped northern India last week disrupting normal life. Rail services were hit in the region with cancellation of many trains.
According to reports, dense fog in Delhi and its adjoining areas will continue to affect the visibility. According to the Met department, the weather is likely to remain the same in the coming days.
