A three-day flower show in Himachal Pradesh is drawing a large number of tourists.
Organised annually, the show is held in the state's capital Shimla.
Every year, the organizers add new flowers and plants as part of the initiative to create awareness about various species of flowers.
Shimla Amateur Golden and Environment Society (SAGES), which has been organising the show, also holds several events and competitions to mark the occasion.
An organiser of the show, Ram Sharma, said the show was part of the Shimla summer festival.

"A lot of tourists come to Shimla every year during the summer season when we organise the summer festival. People who come here during the summer seaoson get to know what kind of flowers grow here. People come from foreign countries as well as from within the country. The visitors you see here, they get to enjoy a lot from this show," said Sharma.
A tourist from Hyderabad, Sudha, said that she was thrilled to see such a wide variety of flowers.
"There are all kind of plants are here, the cactus plant of the desert, the crotons, money plants etc. Very nice and very beautiful," said Sudha.
The three-day show has more than 350 varieties of flowers on display.
