Former BCCL CEO Ravi Dhariwal has joined Clovia, India's fastest growing lingerie brand as a Mentor and Advisor. He brings on board his vast experience in strategy, organizational development, marketing and brand management.

Ravi Dhariwal has over 38 years of experience in building consumer businesses all over the world. He did his chemical engineering from IIT Kanpur and MBA from IIM Kolkata. He started his career with Unilever India in 1977, and worked for them in India and Australia for over 12 years in Sales and Marketing Management.
He is Co-Founder of Sagacito Technologies Private Limited and also serves as a Senior Advisor of TPG Growth. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Bennett Coleman & Co. Limited. He also served as a Vice President of Franchise for SE Asia at PepsiCo International. He was Pepsi's First employee in India and was instrumental in the brand's growth in India during his 12 year tenure with the company.
Ravi Dhariwal also serves on the Board of several leading companies of India including Times Infotainment Media Ltd. and Times Journal India Pvt. Ltd; Future Enterprises Limited; Bharti Retail Pvt. Ltd.; and Bata India Ltd.

Clovia was set up in 2013 to address the under-serviced intimate wear segment in India. Clovia designs and manufactures its own products. Using smart technology/analytics, it monitors the sales trends and patterns on its website and manages its inventory accordingly, thus reducing the operational costs.
