Two former McDOnald's workers have sued the fast food chain for racial and sexual discrimination in Virginia alleging that some employees were fired from a franchise because there "too many black people".
According to BBC, the local Virginia National Association for the Advancement of Coloured People and a group campaigning for better wages for fast-food workers are supporting the suit.
McDonald's has not yet commented on the suit specifically.
However, the chain issued a statement saying that McDonald's does not discriminate at all and that it has a "history of embracing the diversity of employees, independent franchisees, customers and suppliers".
