Newly-crowned heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has accused Wladimir Klitschko's camp of being 'extremely good at cheating', saying that he had even refused to take any water following his triumph due to the fear of being drugged.

Fury claimed the WBA, IBF, IBO and WBO heavyweight titles by unanimous points decision in Dusseldorf on Sunday. The judges scored the fight 115-112, 115-112, 116-111 in favor of the Britain.

Fury said that he was advised not to touch anything in the changing rooms, adding that he went home dehydrated as he was afraid of being drug-tested and failing the drugs test, Sport24 reported.

The British boxer claimed that he had to overcome all forms of adversity staged by his Ukrainian rival's camp before eventually producing the biggest upset.

Fury improved his record to 25 wins with 18 knockouts and handed Klitschko his first defeat in 11 years.
