G.D. Goenka University signs MoU with Arkansas University

The G.D. Goenka University (GDGU), India, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Arkansas (U of A), USA, to promote mutually beneficial cooperation between the two universities.

The MoU provides for organisation of short term courses, project work, student and faculty exchange, joint research and curriculum development.

The MoU was signed by Prof. Raj Singh, Vice-Chancellor of GDGU, and Prof. Ashok Saxena, Provost & Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs of U of A.

Founded in 1871, the University of Arkansas offers more than 210 academic programs. The Carnegie Foundation classifies U of A as having "the highest possible level of research", and places the University among the top 2 percent of colleges and universities in the United States.
