Lady Gaga has issued a video ordering her 'Little Monsters' not to buy her comeback single, in a bid to take down Katy Perry, whose latest single 'Roar' secured the second position on US itunes Chart.

The 27-year-old then appeared naked under a flashing light with a glass shield over her face in a 47-second clip as negative messages flashed up about her career and comeback, Metro.co.uk reported.

Her odd tactic then urged fans not to buy her comeback single on iTunes.

The video then urges fans not to applaud for her, and not to dance to the song at all.

Gaga insisted that her hasty timing of releasing her single was caused by a 'pop music emergency' after her single was leaked online.
