Former England international Paul Gascoigne, popularly known as 'Gazza', has been raving at kids and young women on Twitter and has sent nasty messages to a number of accounts, calling teenage girls 'sad cows'.

Gazza has sent nasty messages to a number of accounts, telling teenage girls that they are so ugly that they should go on Channel 4 show 'Embarrassing Bodies'.

In one case, a mum contacted the former England star to tell him to stop bullying her 13-year-old daughter and another victim, Emma Clarke, 28, from Newquay, Cornwall, was also abused for no reason and revealed her shock at being trolled by someone so famous, The Daily Star reported.

Clarke said that it was all very random and weird, adding that honestly she cannot quite make out why it all started.

She said that a friend of hers tweeted saying it was a shame that Gazza was struggling again, after he saw the messages of abuse aimed at other people.

Clarke said that she favourited it and asked him what was going on and from there it all went a bit mad, as the former England star tweeted her directly saying sarcastically 'thanks for the support' then started sending her more abuse saying that she was supporting people being nasty to him.

The former Newcastle United midfielder also retweeted pictures of other users, calling them sad 'inbreds' and 'mooses', before a mother replied to his tweets, saying where did he get off abusing kids on Twitter.

The mother tweeted that one is her daughter, calling Gazza a 'big lad' and asking him to get a life, or if better, four cans.

A source close to Gazza revealed that the former footballer does not have a lot to do and he does not quite know how Twitter works.

The source said that Gazza thought that these teenage kids had been nasty to his nephew Cameron, who is just 12, but added that obviously as a grown man one cannot go around abusing kids for no reason.
