Geeta, a deaf and mute Indian woman, who had accidently crossed over to Pakistan as a child 15 years ago, on Saturday said that she wanted to meet 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', Salman Khan, before meeting her parents when she lands in India.

Gyanendra Purohit, Director, Mukh Badhir Organisation, Indore, said during a video conferencing, Geeta conveyed through sign language that she would be coming to India on October 26.

Meanwhile, hearing and speech impaired girls of the organisation communicated with Geeta via video conferencing. (ANI)

Geeta's story gained attention after the Bollywood film 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' was released in July with a plot similar to her case. In the movie, actor Salman Khan's character attempts to reunite a mute Pakistani girl with her family after she was separated from them during a trip to India.
