Former United States President George W Bush said in an interview that he did not invade Iraq back in 2003 to finish what his dad and former American President George H.W. Bush had started.

According to CBS News, he also said that he had been "surprised" when Saddam Hussein refused to believe him until he went missing and allowed international bodies to search for weapons of mass destruction.

The 68 year old said that his father demonstrated that presidency does not need to interfere with family, faith and other priorities.

Bush said also talked about his brother and said that there is a "50-50" chance of Jeb Bush running in the 2016 Presidential elections.
