Amal Alamuddin reportedly flew her journalist mum Baria Alamuddin to Lake Como to meet her fiance George Clooney.
The 53-year-old star, who'll tie the knot with the 36-year-old UK-based barrister in September 2014, charmingly welcomed his to be mother-in-law to his luxury Italian villa, the Mirror reported.
According to a source, the 66-year-old mum-of-four, who's the foreign editor of Lebanese newspaper Al-Hayat, and Clooney were completely at ease during their meeting.
The insider added that they all get along together notably, and it is believed that Amaluddin's mum even helped the couple plan out their wedding.
