George Takei is really eager to return for the upcoming 'Star Trek' movie.
The 77-year-old actor, who is best known for playing Hikaru Sulu in the original TV series, told Parade that the makers only needed to ask him, and he would be there, Metro.co.uk reported.
Takei added that Leonard Nimoy had starred in two remakes with J.J. Abrams, and with the film reaching its 50th year, they would be coming up with another major feature film with a "rebooted cast."
Filming on Star Trek 3, which would be directed by writer Roberto Orci, had resumed only recently after taking a break for Harrison Ford to recover from a leg injury.
