Goldman Sachs managing director Jason Lee has been accused of assaulting an Irish woman at his flashy Hamptons rental in New York, after his birthday party at a restaurant.

According to the New York Post, Lee was celebrating his birthday on Aug. 20 with pals at the posh Georgica restaurant in East Hampton and chatting up the 20-year-old victim and her friends before the group headed back to his nearby pad.

The late-night pool party turned raunchy as drinks flowed and clothes were shed, the report said.

The banker, who is officially on personal leave from his lucrative post at the firm, followed the young lady as she went into a bathroom and after shoving his way through the door; he began raping the woman before she stopped the attack with a forceful knee to his groin, the report added.

Jason Lee, 37, pleaded not guilty to first-degree rape at his arraignment in Suffolk County court and left the proceeding with his grim-faced wife, the report further said.

Lee and his attorney, Edward Burke Jr., have maintained that the sex was consensual and that no rape took place, according to the report.
