The entrepreneurship space in India has seen a major boost in recent years with government led initiatives like Make in India and Start up India, said Kaushik Mudda ,founder of Ethereal Machines, on the sidelines of the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Hyderabad.

"The government initiatives like Make in India, Start Up India have helped aspiring entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in their early stages and the boost is a massive one and I see a much blossoming situation right now then it was say a few years ago," Mudda said.

The young entrepreneur also said that his organization has got a lot of support from Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion and has benefitted by getting tax exemptions and legal patent facilitators under these programmes.

He also stressed that more awareness should be created to accept younger companies especially in hardware manufacturing space.

"Most of the startups in India right now are on the front of software, like they make apps and are on the Internet space. So, a bit of push towards the hardware space will truly bring out the best of Make in India initiative," he said.

Appreciating the Global Entrepreneurship Summit, he said that the company is seeking to network with retailers and distributors across the country and the world at the summit.

Ethereal Machines was founded by Kaushik Mudda and his classmate Naveen Jain in 2014 and the company is both into additive and subtractive manufacturing.

"We are a CNC company, we started with subtractive manufacturing on three axis and we have now developed a five axis subtractive and additive manufacturing on one machine itself what we call hybrid manufacturing machine," Mudda said.

He also pointed out that the company has added a layer of 5 D printing as well. Three dimensional printing on five axis helps to manufacture products which are quite impossible with 3 d printers available in the market, he added.
