The Congress Party on Friday accused the NDA Government of messing India's foreign policy.

"I am deeply disappointed with Foreign Secretary Jaishankar and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi they have completely messed up the foreign policy," said Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit.

He also said that the government is unclear about its agenda in dealing with the Hurriyat.

"In the past also, people from Pakistan come. They met the Hurriyat leaders, and, if you are changing that tactic, it should be a well thought out system," Dikshit told ANI.

"This could have been sorted out earlier, but the problem is that PM Modi and NSA Ajit Doval believe their words are law.

But, that's not how diplomacy takes place. It takes place in an environment of equality and mutual dignity, but putting your point forcefully is not accepted," he added.

He further said that the government has failed on all fronts, expressing his fears of nation's Pakistan diplomacy is going to become a joke all over the world.
