Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy on Sunday alleged that the government in Pakistan is run by jihadi forces.
Swamy, who was asked to comment on the fresh ceasefire violations by Pakistan in Jammu and Kashmir's Arnia Sector, said he is not surprised over the latest developments along the border.
"I am not surprised because there is no real government in Pakistan of civilians. It is now being run by these jihadi forces in one form or the other," Swamy told ANI here.
"Jihadi's have no concept of peaceful intercourse and peaceful methods of bringing people around, they are essentially a violent force and they have taken control over most parts of Pakistan," he added.
Pakistan once again violated ceasefire on Sunday morning, targetting 15 border outposts along the International Border in Arnia and RS Pura Sectors.
The Pakistani troops resorted to firing and mortar shelling on Sunday morning. One person was injured in the shelling and was rushed to the hospital.
