Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola is reportedly not surprised over David Moyes' sacking as Manchester United boss on Tuesday because of the cut-throat nature of managing one of Europe's biggest clubs.

Guardiola said that the impatient nature in which Moyes has been sacked just after 10 months in charge of the Premier League giants is part of modern football.

According to Sport24, Guardiola said that Moyes' sacking is nothing new, adding that for the past five, 10, 15 years at the big clubs, if one loses they are out on the street.

Guardiola said that if one does not win then they are always in danger of losing their job, adding that at the big teams the only thing that counts is winning.

Guardiola's squad contributed to the Scot's downfall by dumping United out of the Champions League at the quarterfinal stage, the report added.
