Radium One CEO Gurbaksh Chahal, who was in controversies for a case of domestic violence, has now reportedly promised to take legal actions against his former board of directors.

According to TechCrunch, Chahal also announced his resignation from that board and provided context, from his perspective, into how legal choices were made to protect the company's potential IPO.

Chhahal was fired after public outrage grew against the CEO's domestic violence case.

However, a RadiumOne spokesperson said that they have not seen Chahal's complaint of wrongful termination, and such a complaint would be without merit. Gurbaksh Chahal's own actions impaired his ability to lead RadiumOne as CEO and gave the board no choice but to terminate his employment and name a new CEO, the report added.

In his blog, Chahal also accepted full responsibility for his actions saying that he did lose his temper and sincerely apologizes from the bottom of his heart for the same.

He added that he didn't hit his girlfriend117 times, injure her, or cause any trauma as the UCSF medical reports clearly document.
