Halle Berry and Anna Paquin have been asked by the Academy Award authorities to 'get-out-the-vote' for this year's awards ceremony.
Cheryl Boone Isaacs, President of Oscars and Dawn Hudson, CEO has emailed the academy members to vote as soon as possible, and also gave robocalls to the voters in order to urge them to cast their ballot, Deadline.com reported.
Isaacs even suggested academy members to that one who chose paper ballots should mail it this week so that the post office should be able to get those ballots to the Academy accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, by next week, or else the voter can bring their choice with them to their LA offices.
In addition to their available facilities there is also an option for the voters to go with online voting, as it eases the urgency of getting a ballot in right away, and also by choosing this means they can be relaxed and can vote bit late.
