The 49-year-old actress flaunted her ample cleavage in a sexy maroon and white dress with a brown hat, knee-high boots and fishnet stockings, while celebrating Halloween, E! Online reports.
This was the second time when The 'X-Men' actress has stepped out post announcing her divorce from the 49-year-old actor.
Berry and Martinez, who tied the knot in July 2013, are parents to two year old son Maceo Robert.
