The Mixed Martial Arts League was flagged off with teams from about 12 countries including USA, Argentina, UK, Brazil, Ukraine etc.

The League will witness the participation of renowned players in MMA segment including Antonia Gordillo from Argentina; Hayder Hassan from USA; Hemant Wadekar from India; Mohamed Gamal from Egypt etc.
Mixed Martial Arts involves full contact combat allowing grappling and striking, utilizing a blend of techniques from both Martial Arts and other combat sports. The sports demand exceptional fitness and the league is expected to further augment the rising fitness interest and awareness in India.
