Helen Mirren has confessed that she is her hardest critic and she will try to refrain herself from crying when she receives the BAFTA award from Prince William.

The 68 year old actress has enacted the role of the Queen for which she will be awarded with the BAFTA fellowship from Prince William at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, London.

The Academy award winner said that it would have been better if she got these lifetime achievement awards at the beginning of her career to make her parents proud.

She further added that the emotional quotient takes over her since the award comes at a time when her parents are no longer with her, Daily Express reported.

Helen Mirren joins the list of winners of the illustrious lifetime achievement awardees such as Martin Scorsese and Sir Christopher Lee among others.
