Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates recently revealed that he used to memorise his employees' numberplates in order to a keep track of when they came and went.
Speaking on Desert Island Discs on BBC Radio 4, the 60-year-old business magnate said that he was quite fanatical about work and used to work on the weekends as he didn't believe in vacations, reports News.com.au.
Gates added that he had to be a little careful not to try and apply his standards to how hard his employees worked.
He further revealed that he knew everybody's licence plate so he could look out in the parking lot and see when did people come in, when were they leaving.
But, eventually he had to loosen up as the company got to a reasonable size.
