Napoli player Gonzalo Higuain has said that Arsenal got a good bargain when they shelled out a club record 42 million pounds for Mesut Ozil.
According to the Mirror, Higuain was close to joining the Gunners this summer before he made the 34 million pound switch from Real Madrid to Rafael Benitez's Napoli, who visit the Emirates in the Champions League 'group of death' on Tuesday.
The Argentina star is adamant former Real pal Ozil is a dream teammate for any striker, the report said.
He said that having had the pleasure to play with Ozil, he knew that he was one of the best players in the world, adding that as a striker he always created chances.
Higuain added that when one looked at some of the crazy fees that players moved for this summer, one would have to admit that the player was a great deal for Arsenal.
However, the 25-year-old also said he has no regrets about choosing Napoli over Arsenal after Benitez's men kicked off their Champions League campaign with an impressive victory over last season's finalists Borussia Dortmund.
