HoyosID, a new product from New York-based Hoyos Labs reportedly uses biometrics to securely sign users into any Web site.
The product, which is built around a free mobile app, lets a smartphone camera measure facial movement including pupil dilation and heat and light on the face to determine a user's identity.
According to Cnet, the app launches next month and will be available for both Android and the iOS version will cost 1.99 dollars per year, however, while Android users will get the first year free, but after that they, too, will need to pay up.
Meanwhile, Hector Hoyos, CEO of Hoyos Labs said that this was a first step of rolling out biometric security to people.
