Hugh Jackman has confessed that taking time out from filming 'Prisoners' to attend the annual series of glitzy ceremonies earlier this year was a "schizophrenic" experience.
The 44-year old Australian actor said that attending award ceremonies for Les Miserables along with filming the crime thriller film directed by Denis Villeneuve made him "schizophrenic for a while", the Daily Express reported.
However, 'The Wolvernie' actor added that the awards season distraction helped him let go of his character in the gritty thriller.
Jackman, who won the Best Actor Golden Globe for his portrayal of Jean Valjean in the romantic musical drama film, and was nominated at the Oscars and BAFTAs, plays an increasingly desperate father looking for his lost daughter in 'Prisoners'.
