The Nampally Court in Hyderabad on Saturday sent one of the Islamic State terror suspects arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to judicial custody till July 26.
Earlier this month, the NIA had busted an Islamic State (IS) module comprising of five persons from Hyderabad.
Later on July 12, the NIA arrested two more youths from the city on the charges of aiding and abetting the five suspects arrested earlier.
According to reports, the duo was allegedly planning to carry out terror attacks in several parts of the country.
The NIA officials had also reportedly seized chemicals used in making explosives, two semi-automatic pistols, an airgun with telescopic sight and shooting practice target boards during their raids.
The agency also claimed to have seized certain "incriminating" articles, mobile phones, laptops, unaccounted cash, jihadi literature and videos, besides explosive materials.
