Winona Ryder is apparently looking forward to growing old and is eagerly awaiting the onset of wrinkles on her face.
The actress, who made her film debut at the age of 15, was one of the hottest young stars in Hollywood during the 1980s and 90s.
The 41-year-old insists that she is not distressed about holding on to her youth.
She Britain's Radio Times that she loves getting older and she was really excited to turn 40.
"I feel like the older you get, the more yourself you become, and I think the roles, even if they are smaller, are more interesting," she said.
Ryder asserted that she does look forward to the wrinkles because she started out so young and part of her always wanted to be older to get those more interesting roles.
She said that now she feels like she has more life experience and she embraces it.
