Carrie Underwood says that she's not a sociopath, adding that she wishes she was "softer" and better able to form relationships.
The 30-year-old 'American Idol' winner said that her fame used to be hard to handle because it made her "really nervous", the New York Daily News reported.
The blonde beauty opened up about life growing up in Oklahoma and her hockey pro husband, Mike Fisher.
She said that she not a mushy person at all, and hers was never a huggy family or a 'let's talk it out' family.
She said that she does have siblings, but they are quite a bit older than her, so she has the only-child syndrome going on.
"I'm a little more selfish, a little more independent, a little closed. I do wish I were softer. I wish I were able to form relationships better. But hey, I mean, I'm not a sociopath," she said.
