Hugh Jackman has revealed that it was "amazing" singing for late comedienne Joan Rivers' funeral.

During an appearance on 'The Tonight Show', the 'Wolverine' star said that he must admit that he has been to several funerals, and has always kind of felt for the person who has to sing, Contactmusic reported.

He said that he sang a song from his broadway show 'The Boy from Oz' called 'Quiet Please, There's A Lady On Stage.' It's a beautiful celebration of a woman, and it was for her.

Jackman added that the entire audience in the synagogue got up and started clapping and cheering and the whole thing was very uplifting, very touching and moving, but funny.
