Sonam Kapoor along with 'Raanjhanaa' Director Anand L Rai and 'Ship of Theseus' fame Anand Gandhi was recently seen at the DNA's short film festival.

Speaking on the occasion, the actress said that short films are amazing because they are an introduction to what can be made into full length films.

When asked if she is interested in doing short films, the 28-year-old actress said that she would love to do one.

"Yes off course because sometimes in short films when there is a shorter span of time to do something you actually give your heart and soul to it and I think you can say so much in a short span of time and that's more poetic than actually dragging something and I think that makes you more poignant," Kapoor said.

"I recently saw Bombay talkies and there was a Dibakar Banarjee's film in that which is my favourite among the 4 and as an actor its very challenging to do something like that and I love challenges. So yes it would be great if I could do something like that," the star added.
