An Indian Air Force AN-32 transport aircraft crash landed last night in Chandigarh.
There were ten passengers on board during the plane crash but all are said to be safe, although a few have received minor injuries.
The aircraft had reportedly gone for an operation and was returning from Bathinda when it caught fire during landing, which was later doused by the fire tenders.
An inquiry has reportedly been ordered by the Air Force.
