Bell believes that he is hopeful to bat at number three where he was moved to at the end of the summer. According to him, he would bat wherever he is asked for and number three would not be much different. Bell has been shifted down to three in order to place Alex Hales as opening pair with Captain Alastair Cook, the Mirror reported.

He further said that despite little bit of inconsistency, he has scored runs at an average of 40 and he was hopeful to continue the same form over the winter.

Commenting on the upcoming World Cup preparations, he said that people would see England playing an aggressive cricket and would be fearless.
