Amanda Bynes headed out to get a neck tattoo recently, but her plans failed as she couldn't prove her identity.
According to TMZ.com, the 28-year-old troubled star, who had showed up at The Honorable Society, a West Hollywood tattoo parlor, wanted to get her neck inked showcasing her alleged fiance Caleb Pusey.
However, the tattoo artist asked Bynes for an ID, even though he knew who she was, but since the actress didn't have one, she had to leave.
A parlor employee said that even if Bynes had produced ID, she would be required to fill out a medical form, and list if she suffered from some known illnesses, which she did.
