Zayn Malik's new ink might be cool for his fans, but not for One Direction's tattooist Kevin Paul, who slammed the 'Steal My Girl' hit-maker's new ink saying that he will end up regretting it.
In an interview, Paul, who has dozens of tattoos himself, said that the ink doesn't look good if it's real, adding that the placement is really bad and would be hard to cover up without making the new design a lot bigger and darker, the Mirror reports
He further said that he feels that it would be best to have it lasered off and would probably cost more than 600 dollars.
"It's really not a good tattoo and this is the problem with celebrities, they rush off and let anybody ink them," he said.
It is needless to say that the 23-year-old singer's new ink at first glance seemed to be a sweet tribute to his mother Trisha but it is more likely linked to his new album title ' Mind of Mine.'
Zayn, who has more than 40 tats, has been planning new designs for months.
Interestingly, like his fans Kevin too, was left stunned when first saw Zayn's bold inking on his temple, which shows a bird with the letters 'M.O.M' written around it.
