Paying tribute to Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam on his first death anniversary, his look alike Sheikh Mydeen today said that he follows the path of the former president and vowed to achieve his youth integration mission by 2020.

"This is a gift given by god to me after which I decided to live like him. And because I resemble Dr Kalam, the people see him in me. I can speak like him and also my body language has changed in that manner. I have taken forward a campaign with regard to youth integration of the country. I am working on the path shown by Dr Kalam and aim to achieve it by 2020," he told ANI here.

Mydeen said the people believe that Dr Kalam lives in him, which makes the latter immortal.

"I have also taken part in many social functions in which I have been asked to become the chief guest. For me, Dr Kalam lives in children and has not passed away," he added.

The first death anniversary of Dr Kalam is being observed all over the country today.
