Thomas who gave birth to daughter Ariana in February, urged new mums not to give up trying, as losing post pregnancy weight comes with hard work and dedication, the Mirror reported.
The 30-year-old model, who allegedly had an affair with Man U ace Ryan Giggs, has been able to get her pre-baby body back with a combination of exercise and a healthy diet.
She stated that she couldn't stay on a diet as she loved food and would still like to lose a few pounds off her tummy.
