Imran Khan's PTI set to form next K-P govt. in coalition with AJIP party

The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has inched closer to setting up their first provincial government as they achieved consensus with the Awami Jamhuri Ittihad Pakistan (AJIP) to form a coalition government in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

A PTI statement said that "both parties achieved consensus on becoming collation partners in the upcoming K-P government", reports The Express Tribune.

A formal announcement is expected to be made on Wednesday in a joint press conference.
