Fear not One Direction fans, for world's renowned Stephen Hawking believes that in a parallel universe, Zayn Malik could still be in the popular boy band.
During an event at the Sydney Opera House, where Hawking appeared as a hologram, an interviewer asked his thoughts on the cosmological effect due to Malik's exit from the band and the breaking hearts of millions of teenage girls worldwide, the Verge reported.
The 73-year-old drew his response from the parallel universe theory, saying that girls should not feel so bad, as one day there may be proof of multiple universes, with the possibility that the 21-year-old singer was very much in the band outside of our universe.
