India A beats NZ A by six wickets in 1st unofficial ODI

India A has beaten New Zealand A by 6 wickets in the first unofficial ODI played between the two teams at Vishakhapatnam, as batsman Robin Uthappa scored a century.

India A were given a target of 258 runs in their allotted 50 overs, which they reached comfortably with 5.5 overs to spare.

Captain Unmukt Chand made an impressive 94 runs off 88 balls, while Dhawal Kulkarni and Ashok Menaria took three wickets each.

The 2nd unofficial ODI will be played at Vishakhapatnam on Tuesday.
