The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday said that India has travelled from an era and regime of mistrust to one of complete trust in the last one year, adding that Prime Minster Narendra Modi-led NDA Government is committed to fulfilling the aspirations of the people.
BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra while highlighting the achievements of the NDA government said the people of the country have started believing in 'acche din'.
"A great deal of change has occurred in India. In the previous UPA regime, for ten long years, there was an atmosphere of mistrust between the people and the government, between the ministers and the Prime Minister and between the Prime Minster and the UPA chief," he said.
Patra said the nation has immense trust in the NDA government at the Centre.
"The last ten years regime was a regime of policy paralysis, and today, in this one year, PM Modi has successfully instilled a proactive policy making into the Indian Government system. This year, not a penny of the country has been spent through corruption," said Patra.
"A lot has been achieved in this one year and that is why people of this country think 'ache din' have started," he added.
