On their arrival, they will be received by Pakistan High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit.
Earlier on Tuesday, hundreds of Indian evacuees from strife-torn Yemen arrived in Mumbai and Kochi and recounted horrific experiences faced by them in the conflict zone.
India is trying to get around 4,000 nationals, more than half of them nurses, out of Yemen, where Shi'ite Houthi fighters have swept in Aden despite an air campaign led by Saudi Arabia to check their advance.
The government has launched a massive operation to pull out its citizens from the conflict zone. India has evacuated a total of 232 persons from 26 countries from Yemen.
