A college student, who has been held over the drug death of Philip Seymour Hoffman screamed in court that she can't spend another night behind the bars.
Juliana Luchkiw has been charged with possessing cocaine after a raid in an alleged dealer's home and vented her anger after she was denied bail, the Mirror reported.
The 22-year-old yelled in the court asking why it was happening to her and refused to stay in prison.
Luchkiw was arrested with DJ boyfriend Max Rosenblum in a police swoop on their next door neighbour Robert Vineberg in connection to Hoffman's death probe.
Luchkiw's lawyer told the court that his client was not a drug dealer and is just a college student.
Luchkiw and Rosenbaum are said to have had two bags of cocaine, while police found about 300 packets of heroin, a bag of cocaine and 1,200 dollars in Vineberg's apartment.
Hoffman was found dead in his New York apartment from an apparent drug overdose as he was discovered by his personal assistant with a needle in his arm.
