Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA and former Delhi law minister Somnath Bharti on Monday questioned the security arrangements at the Chhatrasal Stadium, where a woman threw ink at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for clarification.
Bharti also took a jibe at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and said that the saffron party could not beat the AAP politically and hence took other ways to do pull them down.
Highlighting how there was no security personnel present at the stadium, Bharti alleged that 'on the name of Z-plus security' the AAP is not being provided 'anything'.
"What was the security arrangement that a woman entered? There were no women cops around. It was only after 15-minutes that a police officer came. There was no security cover. There could have been a bomb. There is a big security lapse," he said.
He also smelled conspiracy in the attack and asked the Prime Minister to clarify the security issue.
A woman threw ink at Kejriwal when he was expressing his gratitude to the people of Delhi for making the Odd-Even formula a success at the Chhatrasal Stadium.

The woman rushed close to the dais and threw ink at Kejriwal. She was immediately apprehended by the police. However, the Chief Minister told the cops to leave her.
"Leave her; she is talking about some scam. Please take that paper from her she is mentioning some CNG scam," he said.
The event was organised by the AAP Government to thank the people of Delhi for making the odd-even experiment, which ended on January 15, a success.
