The CBI had earlier moved the Delhi High Court seeking cancellation of interim bail granted to Chautala in the case, saying he had violated bail conditions.

Chautala was sentenced to 10-year imprisonment by a Delhi court on January 22, 2013 for illegally recruiting 3,206 JBT teachers in the state when he was the Chief Minister.
