Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham has said the United States should give up the language of threat while dealing with Iran.
Commenting on recent remarks of U.S. President Barack Obama for keeping military force alongside diplomacy on the table while dealing with Iran over its controversial nuclear program, Afkham said that it is regretful that they are still using language of threat instead of language of respect.
She said in her weekly press briefing that they have announced that this language of threats should be replaced by the language of respect.
On Sunday, Obama said the deal with Syria on its chemical weapons could serve as a lesson to Iran to take advantage of diplomacy over its nuclear programme.
