Female professional soccer players in Iran will undergo mandatory sex tests to prove their gender.
Iran's covering body for the popular sport has made it mandatory for women to undergo the sex test after it was revealed that several top players were men.
According to the New York Daily News, the testing comes after seven people were suspended for being found to be men.
Iran had four players in the women's team who were either men who had not completed sex change operations or had sexual development disorders, the report added.
