Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief Lt. General Rizwan Akhtar has arrived in Washington to hold meetings over issues like bilateral cooperation on counterterrorism efforts.
According to Indian Defence Forum, a high level delegation led by the ISI chief is expected to hold discussions with top officials of Pentagon, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
The meeting is expected to focus on strategies of war against terrorism and the two sides are also likely to share relevant intelligence.
